Refund Policy

We do not charge for a report that cannot be produced. If a scan fails and no report is generated, you are not charged.

If something goes wrong

If your paid report is materially incomplete or the Service failed to test your site as described, contact support for a refund or scan credit. Refunds remove or update the associated report entitlement.
