Terms of Service
Last updated July 11, 2026
These Terms govern your use of ExperienceGrade (the "Service"), an automated website testing product that reviews a website you submit and produces an advisory report.
The service is automated and advisory
ExperienceGrade performs automated website testing using a browser and AI models. The report is advisory. Findings are evidence-based inferences, not guarantees. Predicted visitor behavior is an inference and is not measured eye tracking. Accessibility scans do not certify legal compliance, and performance data may vary between runs, networks, and devices.
Your authorization to test
By submitting a URL you represent that you own the website or are otherwise authorized to have it tested. You must not submit websites you are not permitted to test.
Safe, limited testing
The Service tests as a first-time visitor and stops before any real-world transaction. It does not complete purchases, submit real leads or contact requests, create accounts, enter payment information, schedule appointments, or modify data. We may limit, delay, or reject scans that appear unsafe, abusive, or that target disallowed destinations.
Retests
Retests included with a package apply only to the same domain as the original audit and expire 90 days after purchase. Only completed retests count against your allowance.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExperienceGrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.
